The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt: Thumbstick Athletes Podcast Episode 201

For this week's episode, the long awaited final chapter in the tale of the famed monster slayer Geralt of Rivia.  The Witcher 3 was supposed to come out in the fall initially, but was delayed until this May for further polishing.  Though some of us were disappointed, with all the broken games seemingly released too early, people generally wanted CD Projekt Red to take their time with The Witcher.  It seems to have paid off, as The Witcher 3 released to unanimous glowing reviews.  Not to spoil the episode...but we love it too!  Here our thoughts as usual, as well as some early spoiler talk after the outro.

The Witcher Series Recap: Thumbstick Athletes Podcast Episode 199

Prior to the release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt we wanted to go back and cover the first two games in the series, so Dan and Corey cover both the plots and our thoughts on The Witcher, and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.  Corey had played through the entirety of the the first Witcher game, with Dan only really getting through the first chapter before getting distracted by something else.  Both played through the second one, with Dan playing through it right before The Witcher 3.  Unfortunately, there wont be any show notes this week, Will wanted to avoid any spoilers so he came late to the episode and we forgot to do them later on.  If you wish to avoid any spoilers skip ahead to 1:08:45 when we're beyond the main segment.
