Despite our general lack of interest in the competitive FPS genre, two of the Thumbstick Athletes decided to spend some money on the next big shooter in Titanfall. With the dawning of the new year comes one of my favorite things to do; research for our 2014 games preview. Though a lot of time goes into reading about most of the games coming out this year, it also gives me a chance get interested in games that I may have otherwise overlooked. I can also look forward to some of the juggernauts that will be coming out later this year, games like Destiny and Watch Dogs. For part 1 we cover all the games with solid release dates.
