Part 1 of a new year's Games Preview always covers the new games coming out that already have a release date.  Early in the year, AAA and larger indie releases are pretty scarce, but like every other year there's more titles that I'm interested in than initially thought.  I had only planned on getting one game in the first three months of 2015, which has now turned into several definite buys and even more maybes.  And Raven's Cry is coming out for reals this time.

For this week's top 5 list, we decided to pay some homage to some of the better LucasArts games out there by listing our own personal favorites.  Our lists were comprised almost entirely of Star Wars titles, as LucasArts has a somewhat thin resume of other games with a few Indiana Jones games sprinkled in there.  In some more positive news, Earthbound is finally coming to the Nintendo Virtual Console at long last, so that's exciting eh?  Full show notes after the jump.

With the recent announcement of the classic Ducktales game being remade, a listener queries the Athletes on which games they would like to see remade and/rebooted.  There's a few games from a few different generations from the classic NES with the most recent games from the Nintendo 64 (which came out like 15 years ago already).  Later on in the episode the Athletes talk about the recent closing of LucasArts as a game developer and some more talk about BioShock Infinite.
