Episode 137: South Park: The Stick of Truth

It has finally arrived.  The frequently delayed South Park RPG that even survived the closing of original publisher THQ, rose from the the ashes like a phoenix to hit our consoles and PCs last week.  From developer Obsidian and South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, The Stick of Truth had extremely high expectations to live up to among our hosts, so we delve right into our expectations and whether or not South Park met, exceeded, or failed to live up to said expectations.  After a rundown of the mechanics we talk about the feel of the game and the age old question of whether or not South Park: The Stick of Truth would appeal to those unfamiliar with South Park or even those that dislike it and want to play an RPG.
