Thumbstick Athletes Takes Over the World!

Update 2/8/15: We have expanded into Belarus, Ecuador and Kuwait! Here we go! 71 countries left!

Well, here we are. We started this thing in August of 2011 and are still going strong. I joked in the early days that my contract only extended to episode 100. Now, in early 2015 we are only twenty weeks away from episode 200. That's a lot of free content (roughly 500 hours worth), particularly for four deadbeats who haven't seen a dime for their efforts. I swear Dan is hoarding the millions we rake in... But we don't do the podcast for the money (there isn't any). We do it because we love it.

And we love it enough that we think the world should listen to it... by force, if necessary.

In the next twenty weeks, we will attempt to take over the world one download at a time. The map below is color coded based on our downloads distribution. The darker the shade of green, the more popular we are in that country. The Swedes love us; who'd have thought? Some countries, like Greenland, have a small amount of downloads, so they appear very close to white, the color that indicates a whopping zero downloads. Can you believe we haven't been downloaded in Djibouti? The master list of territories to conquer is below the map.

What we need:

We need your help; 74 countries by episode 200 (the week of May 18th) is a lot of ground to cover. If you or someone you know can download an episode through iTunes, Stitcher, or Libsyn while in one of the unenlightened territories, we will forever be in your debt. If you succeed, let us know and we'll give you a shout out on the podcast. We'll also remember you when delegating duchies. Thanks for listening and thanks be to games!
